অ্যাপ থেকে মুছুন
- Ducpion অ্যাপ খুলে লগ ইন করুন।
- নিচের মেনু থেকে প্রোফাইল → নিরাপত্তা কেন্দ্র-এ যান।
- অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন চাপুন এবং পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে নিশ্চিত করুন।
In the app: Profile → Security centre → Delete account, then confirm with your password.
ইমেইলে অনুরোধ করুন
অ্যাপে ঢুকতে না পারলে আপনার নিবন্ধিত মোবাইল নম্বর বা ইমেইল থেকে support@ducpion.com-এ "Delete my account" লিখে পাঠান। আমরা পরিচয় যাচাই করে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করব।
Can't log in? Email support@ducpion.com from your registered phone number or email with "Delete my account". We verify it's you and start within 7 working days.
কী মুছে ফেলা হয়
- প্রোফাইল, ছবি, ভিডিও, পোস্ট, মন্তব্য, রিঅ্যাকশন ও মেসেজ — ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে।
- মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধের পর ১৪ দিন পর্যন্ত আবার লগ ইন করে অনুরোধ বাতিল করতে পারবেন।
- নিরাপত্তা ও আইনি প্রয়োজনে কিছু লগ (যেমন লগইনের সময়, পেমেন্টের রেকর্ড) সর্বোচ্চ ৯০ দিন বা আইনে যতদিন বাধ্যতামূলক ততদিন রাখা হতে পারে।
Your profile, photos, videos, posts, comments, reactions and messages are deleted within 30 days. You can cancel within 14 days by logging in. Limited security logs and payment records may be kept for up to 90 days, or longer where the law requires.
